To celebrate, I will be in the gorgeous kitchen at a Real Bookstore giving tips on how to get dinner on the table at YOUR house as I prepare succulent salmon with a French style mouthwatering red wine and butter reduction served alongside creamy orange, cinnamon sweet potatoes and pan grilled asparagus and onions. YUM!

Mmmm! Asparagus AND Salmon!! I could be enticed to swim upstream to Fairview for a sample of that combo!
The catch is Alaskan salmon right out of the Keni river caught by my husband and my son this summer!!
